working principle

The early making contact of the series resistance is the resistance switching circuit. When the electromagnetic coil of the contactor is energized, the resistance is switched on. The circuit is turned on in advance, and the current charges the capacitor through the resistor. The resistor suppresses the inrush current of the capacitor closing, and then the main contact is closed to carry the capacitive current; at the same time, the closing resistor is shorted. When the contactor is released, the main contact opens first The resistance switching circuit is turned off after a delay, which suppresses the overvoltage when the capacitor is turned off.
The two movable (normally closed) contacts and the resistor form a discharge circuit. When the contactor is pulled in, the resistor is disconnected from the capacitor. When released, the resistor and the capacitor are connected in parallel to discharge the capacitor. There are two types of B30C resistance switching circuits (Figure 1), because the capacitors are connected in a triangle shape. only B30C-15 type contactor has a normally open (moving close) auxiliary contact, the contactor can be equipped with auxiliary contacts at the top; B30C-15, 20 The type can be equipped with 4 auxiliary contacts, and the B30C-30, 40, and 50 types can be equipped with 6 auxiliary contacts. There are two types of auxiliary contacts: CA7-10 (normally open) and CA7-01 (normally closed) as required by users, which can be mentioned when ordering.

The shape and installation dimensions of the
contactor are easy to install. Types B30C-15 and 20 can be installed with M4 screws and lock washers, and can also be installed with 35mm standard rails; Types B30C-30, 40, and 50 can be installed with M5 screws and lock washers. Can use 35mm or 75mm standard rails.
