Main purpose and scope of application:
YBM series prefabricated substations combine high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact complete set of power distribution devices, which are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential quarters, high-tech development zones, Small and medium-sized factories, mines and oil fields, and temporary construction sites are used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power distribution system.
This product has the characteristics of strong complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and movable. The area is only 1/10~1/5 of the conventional civil substation with the same capacity, which greatly reduces the construction cost. In the power distribution system, it can be used in the ring network power distribution system, and can also be used in the dual power supply or radiation terminal power distribution system. It is currently the first-choice new complete set of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural substations.

Working conditions
1. Altitude: less than 1000m;
2. Ambient temperature: (a) no more than +40°C; (b) no less than -25°C; (c) average temperature within a 24-hour period no more than + 35℃;
3. The horizontal acceleration of earthquake is not more than 0.4m/s2, and the vertical acceleration is not more than 0.2m/s2;
4. There is no place with severe vibration, shock and explosion hazard.

Structural features
1. This product is composed of high-voltage power distribution devices, transformers and low-voltage power distribution devices. Divided into three functional compartments, namely high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. The high-voltage room has complete functions. The primary power supply system is composed of HXGN□-10 ring network cabinet, which can be arranged into ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply methods. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering components to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering . The transformer can choose S7, S9 and other low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. The transformer room is equipped with an automatic forced air cooling system and a lighting system. According to user requirements, the low-voltage room can adopt a panel or cabinet-mounted structure to form the user's required power supply plan. There are power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, etc. This kind of function meets the different requirements of users, and facilitates the user's power supply management and improves the quality of power supply.
2. The high-pressure chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation interlock function. Each room has automatic and forced lighting devices. In addition, all components used in the high and low pressure chambers are reliable in performance and easy to operate, making the product safe and reliable in operation and convenient in operation and maintenance.
3. Adopt two methods of natural ventilation and forced ventilation to ensure good ventilation and cooling. The transformer room and the low-voltage room have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan has a temperature check device, which can be automatically started and closed according to the set temperature to ensure that the transformer meets the load operation.
4. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, and is made of hot-dip galvanized color steel plate or rust-proof aluminum alloy plate, and has been treated with anti-corrosion. It has the conditions for long-term outdoor use to ensure anti-corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
