Shunt capacitor with split phase compensation

Main purpose and scope
of application With the development of reactive power compensation technology, for three-phase unbalanced loads, three-phase capacitors can be switched separately to compensate reactive power in phases. This makes the compensation accuracy higher and the power saving effect is better. To this end, our company has developed a split-phase compensation shunt capacitor, whose shell is equipped with a neutral point lead-out terminal, which can easily realize the split-phase switching of the capacitor. The structural features, main technical parameters, and ordering instructions of the product can be found in the technical overview of our company's self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitors. This product complies with: National Standard GB/T12747.1&2-2015 (our company is the main drafting unit of this standard).

Model and meaning

Working conditions
1. After the capacitor is cut off from the power supply, it must be ensured that the remaining voltage of the capacitor drops to 10% of the rated voltage before it is allowed to be switched on again. Normally, this time takes about 200s, so the controller needs to be cut off and then switched on. There is a forced delay Functional controller. If a general controller is used, a quick discharge facility must be installed separately. For the use of equipotential switching controllers, this limitation is not required.
2. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
3. The ambient temperature category is 25/C. The lowest temperature is -25℃, the highest temperature is category C, (the highest temperature does not exceed 50℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed 40℃, and the average temperature within one year does not exceed 30℃). The capacitor should be ensured to work under well-ventilated conditions, and it is not allowed to work in a closed and unventilated environment.

Structural features
1. Three single-phase capacitors are connected to the Y-neutral point (marked with N terminal) to form three single-phase common body capacitors. When in use, each of AN, BN, and CN is an independent unit.
2. Each independent unit is connected with a discharge resistor, which is safer to use.
3. The damage of any independent unit has been connected with a pressure isolating device and can be reliably disconnected.
Note: The split-phase compensation can of course also use three single-phase independent unit capacitors. The three single-phase common body capacitors in this section have the characteristics of small occupancy and convenient use, which are deeply favored by users.
